In addition to the ever dependable "tax and spend" policy of the Miller regime, The City of Toronto has fully embraced the notion of "less is more": The LESS we offer, the MORE we'll take.

Yet ANOTHER step, in making Toronto as unaccomodating and unappealing as possible.

What did you expect? Miller is an obsequious toad, sucking up to the unions even after he already knows he's on the way out. If he had any balls, he'd make a stand during his last days in office, but he won't.
